Vocational Evaluation:

This is a customized process wherein the consumer’s achievements, skills, interests and potential are addressed and analyzed. A variety of assessment tools and techniques are applied on-site or in the community based on individual needs. Upon completion, a written report is prepared that includes testing results and recommendations to enhance further career planning with consumer and referral source.

Specialized Employer Services:

• Job Analysis provides a thorough description of a position to include exact information on physical demands. This information is used to establish realistic vocational rehabilitation goals.

• Ergonomic Assessment & Design offers a comprehensive report on the exact movements, exertions and conditions required for a specific position. It will include a risk assessment and recommendations to minimize or remove potential barriers to job performance.

• Rehabilitation Technology & Engineering identifies the potential need and availability of adaptive aids and specialized equipment. A plan is implemented to redesign a work space, acquire necessary adaptive aids or fabricate specific devices that will enhance vocational success and quality of life.

• Custom Skill Screening offers employers a customized testing process that assists in employee selection and promotion. Results from this program are used to help screen potential candidates for hiring or advancement in technical, clerical, managerial and production positions for area businesses.
